I don't normally like to write bad reviews or reviews in general because everyone is human and has bad days, but there are a lot more responsive and better companies in the Raleigh Area for your Audio Video needs. We were working with a salesman from Neuwave and we got the back and forth for 2 months as we tried to get a proposal from them for the work we needed done. When I had finally had enough I called the office to speak to a Sales Manager. I was told one would call me back. Instead I got a call from another Salesman. I called again and again was told a Sales Manger would call me back. I never received a call. A lot of money is going into the projector project that we are working on and I have to say that their customer service is very poor or they just don't care because we are a smaller project than they usually work with. Their lack of response to an issue shows volumes. I was very disappointed and hence this review. We have since had a company come out and they immediately got us a proposal. They brought 3 people out with them every time they came including their Sales Manger. Your experience may be different than mine, but I am writing this review solely on my experience and the fact that I never got a call from a Sales Manager when I called the company specifically asking to speak to one. Their company wasted 2 months of our time. It is a shame.

Craig, I'm sorry you feel the way you do. I have researched the issues you are describing and I feel this review is very misleading. There were multiple times that our Technicians and office staff were severely mistreated as we were trying to install and service your system. Ultimately the mistreatment left us no direction except to sever ties with our relationship. Typical Over Promise , under perform Original owner Andy was nice person - he sold me system, overpromised company was sold , new owners - horrible follow up service. after spending just shy of 60k in new home , I became a 'bother' to them re fixing problems w the theatre room and systems in the house. Got to the point where , it would take days to respond to email or voicemail I left w 'service manage' of problem issues , then weeks to come out , sometimes not showing at all after I took off work to meet them at house. Alot of turnover I hear in this poorly run company now. wish I had never used them. Craig Adams

I had a good experience with Neuwave. I needed to add some ethernet wiring to my home and they were able to come out and review my options with me. I am familiar with cabling in walls so this stuff was not new to me. Just be aware of costs as they can spiral out of control. Can't be helped as someone has to do the work. I would cross-shop pricing as the price of cabling to each location was somewhat high (at least to me since I know what the cables and jacks cost). Even so, the crew that came out was great, efficient, and professional. I would recommend them.

We have partnered with many A/V firms over the past 15 years with our audio and digital signage business. We have found that Neuwave can make even the most difficult customer happy. They can find solutions to wiring spaces that others seem to give up on. When we have Neuwave complete projects at our facility or for a client we know we will NOT have to call them back.

When we bought a new house this spring, we went with Neuwave, thinking a local company would be most helpful for a household with a 12 year old gamer, a disabled man who depends on TV and internet for interaction, a work-from-home adult, and a 79 year old who loves tech and ran a tech business, but is 79. I have really hoped things would work out, but the promised service hasn't been there. I was away when the TVs were installed, and my mother still doesn't know how to operate them. I asked for written instructions for her and they initially said it wouldn't be a problem, but they didn't provide them. When I called to ask about rebooting our modem after an outage, I was told I had no business calling after hours for a residential problem, that we had "gone straight to the top" instead of trying to fix the problem ourselves. Our Spectrum app has been broadcasting with voice narration for weeks; Spectrum finally convinced me to get help from Neuwave, since they aren't familiar with our TV. I got chastised again and told I was asking the wrong person for help. They're coming, but in two weeks, and very grudgingly. Maybe if we'd been given the directions we were promised initially, I could troubleshoot this situation myself. If you're looking for local business accountability, this place isn't your answer. If you're enough of a tech person to get their attention and respect, you can probably install your own system.
